There are so many different designs of tent pole tips, that it becomes difficult to give one answer for all tent poles. If you can't figure it out, the good news is that we have experienced, trained tent pole technicians that will replace the elastic cord in your pole. We do not charge for this service although you would be responsible for shipping the item to our repair center. We then repair the poles and ship them back to you at our expense. You may either contact us by clicking here with the model name of your tent so that we can make arrangements for the repair. We will respond ASAP Monday through Friday from 8 am until 4 pm Mountain Time.
