Everyone has that one item that they have had for years and just can't give up. Whether it is a hand-me-down tent, an inherited pack, a childhood favorite, or any other old gear that you are hanging on to, the years can show their wear and pieces can go missing. When it comes to replacement parts for older items, if your item is older than 10 years old, in all likelihood we do not have replacement parts for it. Once the item is no longer manufactured, there is a limited supply of replacement parts that get spoken for over time. What if I am just missing a small piece like a buckle?
If you are missing smaller items like a buckle, clip, or sternum strap, we may have some of those on hand that could work for your older item. Just submit a ticket with the link above and customer service will see what they can do for you!
What should I do if I need tent poles for an older tent?
If you are looking to get replacement tent poles, we recommend looking at a third-party company called Tent Pole Technologies that specializes in repairing or rebuilding old tent poles based off of specs.
