Our repair team is usually able to replace windows in your rainfly. If your window is too damaged, our repair team may have to replace it with non-see-through fabric.
You can send photos of the issue through our portal here where we will have our repair department review them to see if the rainfly looks repairable. Then we'll send you instructions to send it in if we believe the repair can be made.
