While we hate the feeling of missing out on a discount (which we are pretty sure you do too), we unfortunately cannot apply discounts retroactively or refund you for the difference in price after a purchase is made.

First make sure you are logged into our website with the email you used when originally signing up for the pro purchase program and if it is still not showing up, you may need to be re-approved.   Due to a long list of applicants, you may experience some wait time.
