We understand that equipment gets ripped or breaks over time of use. Please follow the instructions on the warranty and repair page here to create a ticket to start the process with our repair team. Please leave a detailed message about what is needed to be repaired and pictures of where the item needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, we are not able to repair child carriers or furniture.
You will be responsible for shipping your item to our repair center but we will do everything we can to do the repair and will ship it back for free!
Please understand that our repair department approves repairs based on photos but until they have the item in person can they establish whether the item can be fixed or not.
