  • Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes.


Want to remove or add an item?

  • If your order has not shipped, we may be able to remove and item. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. However, if your order hasn't shipped, we can cancel it so you can place a new order with everything you need. 


Need to change your shipping method?

Once an order is placed, we can't upgrade shipping (e.g., from Ground to Overnight).

To change the shipping method, the order must be canceled (as long as it hasn't shipped), and a new order can be placed.
