Please provide the order ID and the return tracking number and we can check with our return/refund department to see the status of the refund. Please know that it can take up to two weeks to process a refund AFTER it is delivered to our warehouse! If you have not seen a refund in over two weeks since it was delivered back to Kelty please reach out to customer service by filling out our Information request form.
