We use third-party purchase protection on our transactions and unfortunately, we do not have access to the reason why your card was declined under this protection.  The easiest way to get your order placed may be to try and use different payment method or you can check with your credit card institution to determine the issue. If you see a pending charge after the transaction was declined, it will just roll off since the order wasn’t approved.
