We ask that you create a ticket sending in a detailed picture of what needs to be fixed with a description. Our Customer Service team will review the issue and will forward the email to the repair department to see if they can repair it then if is possible, then they will send you step-by-step instructions on how to ship your item out to them. We only ask that you pay for the shipping to get there and we take care of the repair cost and ship it back to you!
