Before sending your item in for repair, we ask that you create a support ticket. We need detailed picture(s) of what needs to be fixed with a description. Our Customer Service team will review the issue and will forward the information to the repair department to review the information and see if the repair is possible. Then, they will send you step-by-step instructions on how to ship your item to them. We ask that you pay for the shipping, and we take care of the repair.
