We ask that you make a ticket sending in a detailed picture of what needs to be replaced with a description. One of the customer service reps will be assigned your ticket and will forward the email to the repair department to see if they can repair it or not if they can we will send you a step-by-step on how to send it off. We only ask that you pay for the shipping there and we take care of the repair cost and ship it back to you!
