You can pull up your FedEx tracking number that is written on the package shipping label at www.fedex.com and once you’ve entered the tracking number, select ‘See Full Details’ then ‘Shipment Facts’. Your SO number will be listed under the ‘Invoice Number’ section. If you have any problems with this, contact our customer service department here and we can help you!
